Ever since I scored this three button unconstructed jacket from Tommy Hilfiger, I have been hunting for the perfect light wash denim to complement them for my advanced jay Leno look. Nothing says I am about to have a swell weekend like a pair of light wash denim. These heaven-sent denim pants are from faded glory, I know, that’s the last brand I expected this gift to come from. The weight of these denim pants are really light they feel like one of my tuxedo pants, with that I have had them tailored extra slim for a sharper feel, and I totally love the outcome.
I never in a million years thought a pair of beige chinos would go on to be one of the most worn items in my wardrobe. I practically lived through high school in a pair, I couldn’t wait to go out into real world and Ditch them for good, little did I know I was going to fall right back in love with them. I have gone on to love these beige chinos so much my casual wardrobe has pretty much built itself around it. One thing I love about menswear is that the bread crumbs will never lead you astray, the said classics have a way of proving themselves.
Slowly I am finding my step in the casual wear section. For years I have struggled to really settle in with my casual wardrobe, it’s been quite a hassle especially from the kind of the street wear background that i got sucked in at an early age. Lately i find comfort mixing the edge i inherited from street wear into my sartorial wardrobe, personally i think the balance defines me perfectly.
After the solids and the stripes you cant hide from the all over dotted tie. If you your wardrobe is filled with chalk or pinstriped suits the all over dotted ties are your go to. I love pairing mine with both my solid and striped suits but more with the stripes, I just keep my shirts in solid and I am good for the door.
